Following a significant weather-related flood event, this rowhome sustained extensive damage across the first floor, leaving it stripped to its floor joist. Through a comprehensive restoration and design process, the home has been fully revitalized. The design balances openness with intentional intimacy, incorporating a 3-Form sliding semi-frosted glass door to create flexibility between open-concept living and more private gathering spaces.
